AW24 AT LFW
This collection is about the fashion that I do believe in, couture; the one that made me dream and has the craft as an angular piece. The main question was, What is couture in the time we live in now?
It is a study of classic couture techniques and volumes applied to items that mostly everyone has in their very own closet, couture out of context seems so fresh.
The Spanish flair is noticeable among all of the looks, from some silhouettes to the polka dotted deconstruction; I wanted to pay homage to the Spanish couture tradition and craft. The focus is meant to be in the making; from the structures to the interaction with the body, creating a corsetry illusion playing with padding and foam.
All the materials are responsible sourced, dead-stock fabrics and leather leftovers from big fashion houses that produce goods in Spain.
